Aside from our end-of-line palletizing equipment, our palletizing solutions also include all necessary complementary components required according to each client’s installation. We provide everything from box shapers to AGVs and product tracking and we prefer to combine palletizing with subsequent pallet balling or strapping.

Our installations consist of a pallet input and output area. They can be equipped with a code reader for automatic sorting at the input and correct dispatch at the output, weight control, dimension verification and auxiliary output to divert loads that do not correspond to what is expected, and they can be scaled to customer needs.
We have the ability to perform a virtual simulation (Digital Twin) of the production according to the conditions of origin of the customer: number of references, frequency of rotation of batches or unit pallets…
We offer a turnkey delivery, including complete control of the line, safety, operation, safety and maintenance manuals, and the CE Certificate.

The advantages of efficiency
The production line will be prepared for change and have a proven efficiency of a 99% with the use of a universal clip and the grip of a clamp designed to prevent falls and breakages.
This clamp with combs and tamper is designed to grab the boxes from below and hold them from above, therefore ensuring that the box is palletized in perfect conditions, even if there were an error in the sealing.
